Firebirds was established in 2019 by three friends as a pop-up fried chicken restaurant. Originally located in Northridge, we started our journey in serving the best fried chicken to our beloved San Fernando Valley community. Given the current craze of hot chicken, we decided to take that concept a step further and expand it with different flavors along with unique entrees.
What We Do Best
We brought fried chicken to the Deep Valley and we stay true to its mid-west origins which all starts from the base: Golden Crispy Fried Chicken. It’s what brings people together, it’s the universal love language, and we strive to make Firebirds exactly that; a place where people can enjoy good food together and love it at the same time.
We came out strong with our Nashville Style, but that didn’t stop us from taking it further and bringing in many new flavors and entrees to eventually creating a fully customizable fried chicken meal. We don’t believe in limits. We believe that everyone has a preference, especially when it comes to fried chicken. We want to provide an open air environment where you get to choose what you want to taste. It’s all about options at Firebirds.
